Terms & conditions

Last updated 15 October 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Go with Amana is operated by Amana LLC, an Illinois limited liability company in the United States (Illinois file number 18815362). Our principal business address is 5921 W Dakin, Chicago, IL 60634, United States. Email hello@gowithamana.com, or Gowithamanasupport@gmail.com. Telephone: +1 (773) 732-8390.

These terms cover trip planning and travel arrangements made through our website, Go with Amana application, or our team. Accounts are governed by our account terms. The lead traveler must be legally able to enter the booking agreement and have authority to provide information and make arrangements for the other travelers, including appropriate parental or guardian authority for children.

2. Our service and your booking documents

We design Morocco trips and arrange accommodation, transport, guides, activities and, when requested, restaurant reservations with independent suppliers. Those suppliers deliver the travel services. We remain responsible for performing our own arranging services with reasonable skill and care and for any responsibility applicable law places on us.

Before payment, we provide a written quotation or trip agreement describing the services, price, payment deadlines and applicable supplier conditions. Read those documents with these terms. Specific terms expressly agreed for your trip govern that trip if they differ from this general notice, subject always to mandatory consumer rights. A later website policy update does not retrospectively change an existing booking agreement.

3. Estimates, prices and inclusions

The planner's generated itinerary, suggested hotels and price breakdown are estimates until checked against your dates and requirements. A suggested property, quoted rate, account status or request to proceed is not itself a reservation or inventory hold. Illustrative photographs and our budget, comfort or luxury tiers do not guarantee a particular room or official star classification.

Prices are in US dollars unless your quotation states another currency. Our selling price includes the Amana service margin within the quoted services; we may also receive supplier commissions. A breakdown of our selling prices is not a statement of supplier net costs. Any separate planning fee must be disclosed before you agree to it.

Your quotation identifies what is included and excluded, such as meals, flights, luggage, transfers, activities and local taxes. Known, calculable mandatory non-government charges are included in the displayed total for the offered services. Government taxes and optional extras, if shown separately, and any amounts payable directly to a supplier are identified with their amount and purpose before payment. The final amount due is shown before you authorize payment. If a charge cannot yet be established, we obtain and disclose it before asking you to commit.

Supplier prices may change before confirmation. If the price or agreed services change, we explain the change and obtain your agreement before proceeding. Currency conversion and any separately imposed bank or card-issuer charges are explained where relevant; we do not describe our own fees as government taxes.

4. Requests, payment and confirmation

Creating an account, saving an itinerary, submitting an enquiry or clicking a request-to-proceed button does not authorize a payment or confirm travel. We identify any required deposit, balance deadline and full-payment requirement in your written quotation or trip agreement. There is no universal deposit percentage or payment deadline for every trip.

A booking is confirmed only when we have received the agreed payment and issued written confirmation of the services confirmed. We identify any outstanding supplier confirmation separately. A payment receipt alone does not prove every hotel or transfer is booked. A hold exists only if expressly confirmed with its expiry time. Our team may use supplier email, booking platforms or supported APIs; the method does not change these confirmation requirements.

Payments requested through a Stripe-hosted payment link are processed by Stripe. Use only the payment instructions provided for your booking; do not send card details, banking credentials or passwords by email or WhatsApp. If payment is late, we contact you about the consequences under the payment and cancellation terms you accepted.

5. Planning fees and deposits

A separate planning fee applies only when its amount, scope and refund conditions have been presented to and accepted by you before the work or charge concerned. No planning fee becomes due merely because you use the planner or receive a generated itinerary. A trip deposit is not automatically a separate planning fee.

Any non-refundable amount, the point at which it becomes non-refundable and any supplier cancellation charges must be disclosed for your specific booking before payment. Refundability is subject to applicable law; these terms do not make every deposit non-refundable.

6. Accommodation and other supplier conditions

Accommodation confirmations identify the property, check-in and check-out dates, room category, occupancy, board basis and any confirmed inclusions. Bed preferences, early check-in, late check-out, upgrades and other requests are guaranteed only if explicitly confirmed. Tell us about accessibility and essential room requirements before booking so we can check suitability with the supplier.

Transport confirmations identify the route, date, vehicle or service category, passenger and luggage allowance and pickup arrangements. Extra stops, waiting time, additional luggage and changes may have disclosed additional charges. Activities and restaurant reservations may have capacity limits, deposits, minimum spends or cancellation/no-show charges, disclosed before commitment. A restaurant reservation does not include the meal unless expressly stated.

Suppliers have different deposit, balance, cancellation and no-show rules; festive or special-event periods can be stricter. We provide the conditions applying to your selected services before payment. Signing a supplier agreement with Amana does not mean that every property or room is available for every date.

7. Changes or cancellation requested by you

Send change or cancellation requests to hello@gowithamana.com, with your trip reference. If urgent, also contact us by telephone or WhatsApp. We acknowledge the request and confirm its effective date and the supplier response in writing. Submitting a request does not automatically change or cancel a supplier reservation.

We explain any price difference, supplier penalty or previously agreed Amana fee before making a requested change. Refunds are calculated using your accepted trip agreement, the conditions disclosed for each service and applicable law. We provide an itemized explanation of deductions and the refund timetable. We do not automatically deduct unspecified processing fees or restrict any statutory refund to amounts we recover from suppliers.

8. If services change or cannot be provided

We inform you promptly of a material change or cancellation and explain the available alternatives, any price difference and your cancellation or refund rights. We obtain your agreement before substituting materially different services. Events such as severe weather, closures or supplier failure may disrupt a trip, but do not automatically remove obligations or refund rights imposed by law. We explain the applicable terms and work with you to resolve the affected arrangements.

9. Flights, travel documents and insurance

We currently provide flight suggestions rather than sell airfare. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you book flights directly with the airline or agent under their terms, and airfare is excluded from our trip price. Check connections and baggage allowances and wait for written confirmation of your ground arrangements before committing to non-refundable airfare.

Check current passport, visa, entry and health requirements with the relevant authorities for each traveler. Give us accurate names and travel details. Travel insurance covering medical treatment, repatriation, cancellation and possessions is strongly recommended. We do not provide insurance or guarantee cover; an insurer decides eligibility and claims under its policy.

10. Safety, assistance and complaints

Follow local laws and supplier safety instructions and disclose requirements relevant to safe participation before booking. Activities such as hiking, camel riding, desert driving and surfing involve risks that must be considered in light of your circumstances. A supplier may refuse unsafe participation under its disclosed rules and applicable law; this does not create a blanket waiver of our responsibilities.

For assistance or a complaint, Email hello@gowithamana.com, or Gowithamanasupport@gmail.com. Telephone: +1 (773) 732-8390. Include your booking reference and tell us promptly so we can help. Delayed reporting does not remove rights provided by law. We are not an emergency service; contact local emergency services first where needed and use the assistance contacts in your confirmed itinerary.

11. Responsibility and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence or other matters where exclusion is prohibited, or limits mandatory consumer remedies. Supplier conditions apply to their services subject to the booking agreement and applicable law; they do not automatically release Amana from its own obligations.

These terms are governed by Illinois law and applicable United States federal law, without overriding protections that apply mandatorily in your place of residence. No exclusive court, mandatory arbitration provision or waiver of statutory rights is created by this notice.

12. Company registration and travel disclosures

Illinois file number 18815362 identifies Amana LLC's company registration. It is not a seller-of-travel licence, IATA accreditation or evidence of a bond, trust account or insurance policy. Any travel registration or other disclosure legally required for your booking must be provided before we accept it. We accept arrangements only where we can lawfully do so. Contact us if you need the registration or other information applicable to your proposed booking.

13. Privacy and policy changes

Our privacy policy explains how we handle account and booking information. The version of the booking terms and trip agreement supplied when you book applies to that booking. We display the date of later general updates here.
